Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

For centuries people have used this traditional healing perspective and techniques to heal a wide-range of acute and chronic conditions. We begin with a thorough inspection of your medical history, discuss your treatment goals, and chose the right tools and techniques for your particular needs. Sessions can include things like acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, tuina (Chinese medical massage), medical Qigong, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, mindfulness practices, movement recommendations, acupressure, auricular acupuncture, and Chinese herbal therapy. Any Chinese herbal medicine prescribed is a separate additional cost discussed during treatment when appropriate.

Yi Jing Lifestyle Guidance

Yi Jing readings for day to day living in flow with the Dao. Discover how your birthday has encoded in your DNA a map for your life purpose. If you are seeking a new perspective on things like relationships, work, health, or finances, this tradition of viewing your birth information may be just the enlightening spark for knowing yourself better and lead to a more easeful life.

Chinese Medicine Coaching

Coaching from a Chinese Medicine perspective transforms clinical guidance into compassionate practical action steps for changing your life. We will always begin with an initial assessment of what is happening for you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually - much like an acupuncture appointment. We will then work together to discover the best modalities and support you need for the changes you desire to make. Often these sessions will include active healing modalities like personalized Medical Qigong movements, meditations, and guided self-acupressure. The journey may begin in the mind, but the transformation is felt in the body and spirit.

Please plan ahead and schedule out far enough in advance for you to have the in-depth paperwork completed 24 hours before we meet for an initial session. There are questions you will want to consider thoughtfully before we begin to make the most out of our time together.
